Definition: Web 2.0 tools are a second generation of the World Wide Web that is focused on the ability for people to collaborate and share information online. This Web site was created using one of these tools, PBwiki. There are thousands of these free tools on the Internet, and the list below is only a sampling. Picasa - A free software download tfrom Google that enables you and your students to find, edit and share all the pictures on your PCs. It also offers the Web Albums feature, which enables you to easily upload photos from your computer to the web for sharing with others.
